Fun and supportive personal training for all ages. Working out of South Canberra, Fitter, Stronger, Longer helps you get ﬁt and well by providing an exercise program that suits you. We start with where you are at, no judgement, no shouting and no boot camp. Our aim is to optimise your health through strength and ﬁtness in a fun, non threatening environment.

Comprehensive and evidence based training
- A thorough assessment of your strength, range of motion and body.
- Assessment of your eating against the Australian Dietary Guidelines.
Personalised for you
- Working with you, I will provide a tailored exercise program that meets your needs and goals.
- All sessions and activities are scheduled to fit into your week.
- An optional home program can also be provided to help maintain your fitness and optimise your health.
- Your program will be reviewed regularly following re-assessment of your strength and fitness.
